Join Fishermen & Local Citizens August 25th in peaceful flotilla protest against offshore wind development

New Bedford, MA — On Sunday, August 25th, at 12:00 PM, fishermen and concerned citizens will lead a peaceful flotilla protest against offshore wind development, specifically targeting the environmental and economic risks posed by projects like Vineyard Wind. This flotilla will converge from multiple departure points, including New Bedford, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, and Cape Cod, at the site of the damaged Vineyard Wind turbine.
